OrderingOrders are accepted via email, fax, telephone, written communication, or in person. Estimates are provided for all orders. Contact me for information on discounts and even free items. Call 270-703-1487 for orders and information. Payment All orders must be paid in advance by check or money order. Presently we are not able to accept credit cards. When paying by check, shipments will be delayed, usually 7-10 business days, until payment clears. Shipping\Pick Up\ Delivery Orders are shipped via Priority Insured mail and UPS (standard ground unless instructed otherwise). We do not ship orders COD. All shipping fees are paid by the customer. Customers may pick up orders in person at B'MER Creations. Please call in advance. Some orders may be delivered locally to customers located in Benton, Mayfield, Murray, and Paducah if it is convenient for us when in that area. Deliveries will be scheduled in advance with a date and approximate time. Returns Embroidered items cannot be returned for refund unless the item was damaged before or during embroidering. We inspect all garments/items before embroidering but there may sometimes be a damage that was overlooked. B’MER Creations reserves the right to determine the condition of all potential returns. Shipping costs are non refundable in all cases.
